If you need extra support, we will provide an upfront fixed price before doing any additional work
All work needs to be completed within a 3 month period. Full payment of the package will be due and payable 12 weeks from the date of drafts being delivered.
Wills
Standard
A standard will is best for people with simple family situations, very straightforward wishes, you are confident in your ability to complete forms, and there is no disharmony in your family. It’s also suitable for those who don’t need to account for complicated relationships or unique family arrangements.
Complex
A complex will is ideal for people with more complicated family situations. This includes blended families, cases where stepchildren or non-traditional heirs are involved, or when providing for a family member with special needs. To ensure that your wishes are carried out and your family protected a complex will may be required if:
You have a step-children or estranged children;
You are leaving someone out of your will
You have overseas assets
A beneficiary lives overseas
You wish to include a right to reside in a property
A beneficiary has a disability or cannot be trusted to manage their inheritance.
Testamentary Trusts:
Testamentary trusts are one of the most powerful estate planning tools available.
You only get one chance to access the fantastic estate planning benefits of a testamentary trust – it MUST be in your will when you die.
